Terms & Conditions - the basics

DCEP exists to support individuals who have been socially, economically, or physically displaced, including but not limited to the homeless, mentally or physically disabled, orphaned, elderly, retired, and widowed. By engaging with DCEP services, you acknowledge and align with this mission.

 

Eligibility

Our programs are designed specifically for the following groups:

• Homeless individuals

• Mentally or physically disabled persons

• Orphans and children without guardians

• Elderly or retired citizens in need

• Widowed individuals without stable support

Eligibility may require verification through referrals, assessments, or documentation.

Use of Services

DCEP provides access to:

• Emergency shelter and food programs

• Health and wellness support

• Job training and placement services

• Legal and social advocacy

• Community reintegration initiatives

All services must be used respectfully and in accordance with our community guidelines.

 

Donations and Funding

All donations are used solely for the operational and outreach efforts of the DCEP. Donors will receive transparency reports and may request receipts for tax-deduction purposes where applicable.

Code of Conduct

All participants, volunteers, and staff are expected to uphold a standard of respect, inclusion, and dignity. Discriminatory behavior or exploitation of services will result in removal from programs.

Program Limitations

While we strive to serve all in need, participation may be subject to capacity, funding availability, and program-specific guidelines. Services are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
